​Making croissants

Class: Class 3 Year: 2017-2018

Today in Class Three we made croissants and afterwards designed packaging. To make the croissants we had to roll and shape the dough. We had lots of fun and made some beautiful, golden croissants. They were a range of flavours including chocolate, apricot and strawberry.
