New Admissions

Please find below information which should help you in applying for a place for your child at Norley CE School. Don't hesitate to contact us for further information or to discuss a possible application for admission. We hope, very much, to welcome your child to Norley School.

In relation to catchment areas, you are in Norley's catchment area if your home address lies within the bounds of the catchment map as set out by the local authority; Please click here to see the Authority's catchment map for Norley School.

However, please note that if your home address lies within the ecclesiastical parish boundary for St John the Evangelist Church, Norley then you are also deemed to be in the 'catchment area' for Norley school. Please click
here to see the Ecclesiastical Parish Map for the church of Saint John the Evangelist, Norley. The ecclesiastical parish boundary includes areas which are outside the Authority's catchment map (such as Delamere Park), so please check the Ecclesiastical Parish Map carefully. If your home lies within the boundary of either map, you are in the catchment area for Norley School.

Please note that in the event of over-subscription, the Governing Body will allocate places according to criteria outlined in the School's Admissions Policy. Parents and carers who are not offered a place for their child have a right of appeal to an independent appeals panel. To see a copy of the Admissions Policy or for further information, please don't hesitate to contact the school. Finally, if you live outside both boundaries and Norley School is not your closest Church of England Faith School, there may still be a place available for your child. Please contact the school for further advice.
