Sports Day!

Nothing was going to stop us, least of all a spot of rain!

The children were thrilled to have their first proper sports day in two years. It was looking a little precarious in the morning, but the clouds soon blew away leaving the perfect conditions for racing and throwing. Ladies, gentlemen and toddlers also joined in with their own races giving us a real community spirit.

Our children were amazing as usual, cheering each other on and supporting friends in different teams. In the end the Green Team won overall, but scores were very close between all the teams.

The smiling faces and cheering told us that everyone’s was enjoying themselves as you can see from the pictures below.
