Poetry Festival

Congratulations to the chidlren who were chosen to take part in the Key Stage 2 Poetry Festival at Weaverham Forest Primary School.

Poet, Paul Delaney, came to school for a day to share is poems with class 3 and 4. He then gave everyone ideas and support to write thier own poems. It was hard to pick just 4 hildren to read thier work at the festival because the standarad was so high. Paul is an inspiration and encourages chidlren to be the best they can be!
